Based in Miami, Florida, Mishaal founded MISHAAL Aerospace in 2010. Her professional experience and areas of expertise include: aerodynamics, wind tunnel testing, vehicle design, predictive simulation and analysis and rocket stage-separation analysis, with a strong focus on computational tool development.
Mishaal earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Aerospace Engineering and in Applied Mathematics from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, and a Master of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering, also from Florida Institute of Technology. Her academic focus included: experimental and analytical aerodynamics, rocket design and nuclear thermal propulsion.

Richard Loehr is a three-decades+ veteran of the aerospace industry, with specific expertise in Propulsion Science, innovation and test integration.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, Richard previously spent six years as the Program Manager for the U.S. Navy's Insensitive Munitions Technology Development Program. He also developed and owns several patents in advanced hybrid propulsion concepts and propellant chemistries.
Richard earned Associate Degrees in Chemistry and Physics from Citrus College in Glendora, California, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. He also earned a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
As our Chief Engineer, Richard is the team member responsible for the complete engineering development spectrum of the company, from cost effective innovation to reliable product deliveries.
